Youth Strength & Conditioning

Rootwing Fitness is excited to offer a youth strength and conditioning program for students currently in 8th-12th grade. These sessions are designed to build strength, confidence, and long term athletic skills while reducing injury risk and focusing on proper technique. We will focus on developing long-term habits, functional strength, mobility, and body-awareness.

Who Should Sign Up?

  • High school athletes in their off-season

  • Club sport athletes looking for supplemental training

  • Teenagers who need to get active

Workouts will take place at Rootwing Fitness in Walla Walla on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30–7:30 AM, and will run in 6-week sessions.

Cost: $225 per 6-week session
Capacity: Limited to eight (8) athletes per group to ensure quality coaching. Minimum of two (2) athletes required for a session to run.

**Any workout cancelled by Rootwing (due to weather or other circumstances) will be reimbursed at a rate of $18.75 per workout.
