Personal Training

For personal training clients, we begin with an in-depth meeting to discuss your goals, fitness history, and any injuries or health concerns. Choose from flexible monthly packages ranging from one session to up to 16 sessions, so your plan fits both your schedule and your goals.

This option is perfect for clients who are working toward a specific goal, or prefer a more private training atmosphere.

Group Fitness

Come in at scheduled times up to five times per week, Monday - Friday. Class sizes are small, usually around 3-5, and we focus on general physical preparedness. Weightlifting, yoga, cardio, balance, coordination, and calisthenics all come into play! Every fitness level is welcome, and we adjust each workout to YOUR level.

Perfect for those who appreciate a supportive environment and want to make progress in many areas.

Remote Programming

Our remote clients have the most flexibility of all. As many workouts per week as you want, geared toward whatever your current goals are! Includes video review and access to coaching through online messaging services.
