Group Fitness
Come in at scheduled times up to five times per week, Monday - Friday. Class sizes are small, usually around 3-5, and we focus on general physical preparedness. Weightlifting, yoga, cardio, balance, coordination, and calisthenics all come into play! Every fitness level is welcome, and we adjust each workout to YOUR level.
Perfect for those who appreciate a supportive environment and want to make progress in many areas. First class is free!
