Rootwing Fitness empowers individuals of all backgrounds to embrace health and independence through accessible, affordable, and welcoming fitness training. With expertise, compassion, and a sense of fun, we help clients build confidence, strength, and community. Our mission is to make strength training a pillar for every stage of life, to break down barriers to fitness, and to prove that everyone can achieve their goals. 

Our Vision

To redefine fitness in the Walla Walla Valley (and beyond) as empowering, inclusive, and attainable. Each coach, athlete, and session embodies our 7 core values of Respect, Empathy, Trust, Courage, Humility, Fun, and Pursuit of Excellence.

  • We treat each other with kindness and grace, knowing that each person has their own individual journeys each day.

  • Mutual trust between coaches and athletes is vital. Having trust in one another is both an initial choice and something that is built over time.

  • What’s the point in doing ANY of this if we don’t have fun? Even the difficult things are so much easier when we can laugh about them together.
